One of the commitments I made last year was to blog in 2008. So, here we are.
This isn't my first blog. I started blogging a few years ago but I never committed. Ya know? I did it in private and never really published anything or invited anyone to my blog home. But that's all behind us now and today, I'm proud to be a full-fledged blogger and I love it!
So, here's what's up at this blog. Those of you who know me, know that I love life, inspiration, business and possibilities. That's what I'm mostly about. So, my blog will reflect the things I love.
2007 was an amazing year. Simply amazing! My company launched a new magazine, Collegepreneur, the first business magazine for colleges students. So, I made history :-)
I'm going on a 100-college campus tour starting this month and it's going to be a wild and crazy year.
I produce and host two TV shows, Women Who Mean Business and Collegepreneur TV, both which are also podcasts. So, as you can tell, I love media. We're even developing video games and some very cool and interesting Internet properties.
Every day is an adventure and I'm very grateful.
One of the reasons I love blogging is because it gives me the chance to meet people all over the world si be sure to leave your comments. As long as they are not in what we feel is ultra poor taste, we invite you to participate in the conversation as often as you want. In fact, we'd love to hear from you.
I've made a commitment to post several times a week so be sure to sign up for the feed -- you'll get notification of new posts. Sometimes I'll actually write my posts, sometimes we'll send audio or video. But one way or another, I'll be here nearly every day. So, I look forward to seeing you here too!
Oh! One quick thing. You are invited to comment on the blog, keeping in mind that my moderators will summarily remove any comments that don't reflect the spirit of this blog. We invite you to ask questions, share your experiences and resources but this is not the place to for any kind of commentary that's rude, hateful or just downright mean. Cool? Cool.
Until then...
Be Outrageous!
